Context
The guest shouldn’t notice the technology – the project team should.
At a company event, many digital touchpoints come together: guest lists, QR check-in, presentations, streaming, event apps, demo devices and public WiFi. The connection should be easy for participants. It must be clear to the project team which systems have priority and who will respond in the event of a disruption.
We coordinate early with the event agency, location, AV technology and internal IT. In this way, we avoid duplicate responsibilities and ensure that cash registers, production or internal services do not end up in the same network as the guests.

Before the event, it is defined who monitors, decides and takes action in the event of a disruption.
Not every company event requires a completely new infrastructure. Often there is already WiFi at the location, but the range, guest access or segmentation are not sufficient for the planned process. We then integrate existing components and add them in a targeted manner - for example additional radio cells, separate Internet access or a network for production.
At recurring events, we document the structure, configuration and measured values. This reduces the effort required for the next implementation and allows clean further development instead of starting from scratch every time.
